Workout Routine - How to work out

The key to successful weight loss is without a doubt a healthy eating pattern as well as exercise. This has been proven time and time again to produce results in getting rid of all those unwanted fat.
The best way to achieve this is by adopting a workout routine that will best suit your needs. Basically a work out routine is a plan where you set out to work on all the different muscle groups like your abs, biceps, triceps, etc. Chest muscles, etc. this is achieved by allocating a certain day where your main focus will be on one particular muscle group. In order to achieve maximum output from your weight training you need to establish a well balanced exercise workout. The first step is to know which of the exercise are most effective in which muscle group. This will help you establish a much stronger plan.

The Battle Plan
One idea to follow is that you need to have a form of routine to your exercise. This routine should exercise the whole of your body so that you can get the look that you are dying for. Set yourself a routine that you know that you can follow and stick to it. From Monday all the way to Sunday you should set a routine and also if you are just starting out exercising then give yourself the weekend off. Believe it or not seeing the weekend as off on your routine will keep you motivated to keep going. But remember your routine must fit into your schedule.

The Full Workout
When you start to workout you must start with the lightest weights. Thinking you can lift more then you actually can will result in an injury to yourself. That will put you out of action for a week and that kind of start is never welcome. Start with doing about 6-10 reps and as you increase the weight you can decrease the reps that you do. For example you might start on 50lb dumbbells and do about 8 reps then you can move onto 55lb dumbbells and do only 6 reps. Remember you should be trying to work out the whole body and not just one or two areas. What you will do is find a routine that will work for you. You cannot force yourself to do a routine that you are uncomfortable with because you will not enjoy your work out. The number one rule is to enjoy yourself as you work out and as you gain the muscles you will enjoy your workout even more.
